Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at r.aravkar@gmail.com. Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution, including but not limited to a replacement or refund.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before order confirmation.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

ARAVKAR remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to you. Delays caused by courier partners, logistics issues, or events beyond our control may occur.

SECTION 6 – SIZE, FIT AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before purchasing. We are not responsible for size or fit issues.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or design may occur and shall not be considered defects.

SECTION 7 – HYGIENE POLICY

Certain items such as earrings and personal accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
